Before you book
Do I need to know anything about AI first?
No. Most people I work with tried ChatGPT a few times and stopped. We start with your work, not the tech.
What happens on the free call?
Thirty minutes. You tell me what's eating your week. I tell you what I'd try first and whether it's worth paying me for. If it isn't, I'll say so.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Before we start, we pick one number, like hours a week on a task, leads a month or days to send a quote. We record it today and agree on a target and a date. Miss it and I refund my fee. The one condition: your team actually uses what we build.
Do I have to pay for the AI tools too?
Usually, yes. My fee covers the work. The tools bill you directly, on your own account, with no markup from me. For most people that's $20 to $25 a person a month for a business plan, and heavy users can run up to $100. If you already pay for something like Google Workspace, AI may already be included. You'll know the exact monthly cost before we build anything.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job. Claude is usually my first pick right now, but I also work with ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney and Runway, and connect them to HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace and most business software. No tool pays me to recommend it.
Is my data safe?
We set things up on business accounts with model training turned off, and keep sensitive information out of tools that shouldn't have it. Every account, login and file is yours. Nothing runs on my accounts.
Is AI going to replace my people?
That's not the goal. We hand off the repetitive part of the week. Your people learn to run it and check the work instead of doing it.
I'm just one person. Is this for me?
Yes. The AI setup session and the project session are built for individuals and solo businesses.
Do you work in person?
Remote anywhere, and in person in and around Detroit.
